Domotel is situated in Concordia, approximately ½ mile or 800 meters from the center of Marigot, the capital of the French side of St. Martin. Concordia is considered the commercial and business district, and encompasses administration buildings, high schools, middle schools, the French hospital, the chamber of commerce, and many private businesses.

The hotel is admired and frequented by business people, doctors, and many tourists.

In Marigot, you will find high-end, duty-free shopping and gourmet restaurants on the port side and on the royal marina. Nightlife, clubs, casinos can be found on the Dutch side and near Princess Juliana and Esperance airports, located 20 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel offers customers two categories of rooms:

Standard rooms: 9 with double occupancy and 4 rooms with triple occupancy
Superior rooms: 5 with double occupancy and 1 of which is handicapped accessible
Apartments consisting of two 2-bedroom units, which are expandable to 4-bedroom units to accommodate families or business functions. Apartments can be rented with only two bedrooms.

The superior rooms and the apartments are located in an independent building which is surrounded with a lush tropical garden, covered in beautiful classic brick giving it that old French architectural appeal.

Each of the rooms possesses an independent entrance and an independent terrace. The entire hotel has all the comforts of home including cable TV, and WIFI.
