In the heart of the Esmeralda Resort, l'Astrolabe restaurant; a gastronomic discovery, in a very romantic setting!
well known for it's creamy crayfish soup with foie gras ravioles, the Chef Gault and Millau Silver medal suggest a very fine french cuisine completely modernize, generous ans zestful.
His speciality, the spices and the scent he uses advisedly, hte union of favours.

You will have a warm welcome by Thomas an Amin, every night exept Wednesdays nights restaurant is close.
Opening hours
For breakfast: open everyday from 7:30am to 10:30am
For dinner: open everyday except Wednesday from 6:30pm to 11:00pm

Astrolabe is one of the best restaurant experiences on the island- we've been going to ST Maarten for years - the food here is superb, the open aire seating and ambience around the pool is romantic and intimate, the service is lovely and the live light jazz music makes for a true island experience! It is the place we go first when we arrive on the island. Thank you for this enduring gem of a restaurant!
