Astrolabe is one of the best restaurant experiences on the island- we've been going to ST Maarten for years - the food here is superb, the open aire seating and ambience around the pool is romantic and intimate, the service is lovely and the live light jazz music makes for a true island experience! It is the place we go first when we arrive on the island. Thank you for this enduring gem of a restaurant!
